2. Can you handle customs paperwork on a clients behalf?
At Melpa Global Freight we are an accredited Authorized Economic Operator Agent which means that we are certified by the relevant local (KRA) and international customs clearance agencies to handle the paper-work on your behalf.
3. What is your cargo safety track-record?
At Melpa Global Freight we are RA3 certified in accordance with (EU)654/2013. This means that as a company we are able to achieve comprehensive and robust security measures which incorporate our staff together with our equipment, hence providing ample security to our clients cargo.
4. Can you ship cargo to any location I require?

5. Do you do door-to-door delivery to Africa?
We have market access to the entire of African Community regions, and therefore utilize our own fleet of trucks for deliveries and collections, our own forklifts for loading and unloading, and finally we also package them in preparation for shipping.
6. Can I ship my pet through your forwarding company?
The answer is a resounding yes. At Melpa Limited GlobalFreight we offer pet/animal clearance services as long as the pets in question have the relevant paper-work required for shipping which may include details such as veterinary record. We handle customers pets/animals in a humane manner and make sure they are not mishandled in any way.
7. Can I track my cargo?
We have our own platform for cargo tracking that enables us to give real-time status of the cargo's position to customers thus enabling them to monitor their movement.
